Casa Solazo is located in a private communal area with a communal swimming pool, perfect for those lazy days by the pool. In just a couple of minutes walking you are at the beginning of the lively boulevard of Puerto del Carmen where you can enjoy a variety of delicious restaurants with most of them overlooking the sea. In just a 5 minute walk you will find the beach Playa de los Pocillos that has beautiful clear water and an average temperature of 19 degrees.
The boulevard also holds different local shops, boutiques and is close to our Biosfera shopping mall which holds all your favorite brands and is located on top of the hill. Harbour el Varadero is the harbour here in Puerto del Carmen, which you will find at the very end of the boulevard. Here you can enjoy some great tapas and delicious Spanish food.
The bungalow holds a front terrace which is the perfect place to enjoy your meals. Or have a drink after a day out. The living room consists of a dining area and open kitchen. One of the sliding doors takes you to the master bedroom that holds a double bed and the other sliding door takes you to the bathroom, with a walk in shower. The apartment has partially been refurbished to give it a nice fresh and new look.
